Frequent Inquiries
Do you photograph vacant properties?
Yes, absolutely! I specialize in photographing all types of properties, including vacant ones. In fact, capturing the essence of an empty space is an art in itself. It allows potential buyers or renters to envision the possibilities and layout more clearly. Whether it's an unfurnished home, an apartment, or any other vacant property, I'm well-equipped to showcase its potential through high-quality photography.
Can I tailor-make a package that fits my needs?
I understand that each client and property has unique requirements. I offer a flexible approach, allowing you to tailor-make a package that precisely meets your needs. Whether you need a combination of photography, virtual tours, drone shots, or any other specific service, we can work together to create a customized package that aligns perfectly with your goals and budget. Just let me know your preferences and specifications, and I'll ensure that your real estate media needs are met exactly as you envision them.
What is your turnaround time?
I prioritize efficiency without compromising quality. Typically, my turnaround time for delivering the final edited photos and videos is the next business day after the photo shoot. I understand the importance of quick access to your media for your listings, and I strive to ensure a timely delivery so that you can proceed with your marketing plans seamlessly. If you have specific deadlines or urgent requests, feel free to let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

1. Land Package Requirements
For all land package photoshoots, property boundaries must be provided to Frankstone Media before the scheduled shoot. This ensures accurate boundary depiction in your media; without clear boundaries, we cannot guarantee boundary accuracy.

2. Multiple Sessions Per Photoshoot
If a photoshoot must be broken into multiple sessions, each additional session will incur a fee equal to one-third (1/3) of the original cost. This fee covers additional setup, travel, and shoot time.
3. Special Requests
Any special requests related to the photoshoot must be communicated to Frankstone Media prior to the shoot date. Requests made afterward may not be accommodated based on the scope of work already completed.
4. Revisions and Edits
Frankstone Media offers two rounds of complimentary edits per media project. Any additional revision requests beyond these two rounds will incur an extra fee. Clients are encouraged to discuss further needs with us in advance to understand the scope and associated costs.
5. Media Storage and Client Responsibility
Frankstone Media is not responsible for the long-term storage of media content. Clients are expected to download and securely save copies of their media files for future use. To maintain efficiency, our media database is purged on a quarterly basis, so any media not downloaded by clients by the end of the quarter may no longer be accessible.
6. Consulting Services
For consulting services outside standard media capture, Frankstone Media charges an hourly rate of $75. This rate applies to meetings, planning sessions, or other consulting needs.
7. Listing Policy
Each property listing requires a separate order. For example, if you need media services for two different apartments, Apartment A and Apartment B, please place separate orders for each location.
8. Late or Delayed Access Fees
To maintain efficient scheduling, if the photographer is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time due to client delays, a late fee of $200 will be charged, plus any applicable travel fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
Frankstone Media is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or media. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent service completion, liability is limited to a refund of the incomplete services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Frankstone Media reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, with updates posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.

11. Access Instructions
